To use qpoker's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. qpoker may request proof of age at any time.
• Location: qpoker cannot be accessed from regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Single Account: Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Mental Capacity: At the time of registration, users must be of sound mind and agreeing voluntarily.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering at qpoker. qpoker reserves the right to terminate any account at any time if false information is found to have been provided.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it is typically processed within 24 hours. However, larger amounts may require additional verification.

• Referral Bonus: Referred friends must be new, genuine users. Self-referrals or bonus claims through fake accounts are strictly prohibited.

All game outcomes on qpoker are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No result is predetermined or influenced by any external factor.

• Each game has its own rules, detailed on the respective game page.
• If an incorrect payment amount is made due to a technical error, qpoker reserves the right to correct it.
• If a Live Casino game is cancelled due to a dealer issue or streaming failure, all bets will be refunded.
• If a match in Sports Betting is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Qpoker's RNG is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qpoker platform and will result in immediate account termination:

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If a security threat is detected.

Users may request account closure at any time. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure, it will be refunded.
